Very special trade (only for Iron Maiden addicted fans !!!) :
Well, i have a lot a good magazines dedicated to Iron Maiden. I'm french, so these magazines are in french. Anyway, some of these ones are very very good and fill the blanks in Maiden history you could have found after reading the official Run To The Hills biography. For example, the french "Hard Rock Magazine" made a special Maiden number by the end of 1985 about the career of our heroes : it was written by a die-hard fan Nelly Saupiquet, who did a really good job, including a lot of littles stories, details and photos from 1978 to 1985. A must have ! The same french magazine also did a special Maiden number in the very berginning of 1987 about the recording of Somewhere In Time and their UK tour. Once again, the work made by these french journalists was great, and a very special mentions to the recording sessions photos (what a job !) and the Hammersmith gigs photos. So those are only 2 examples of the french magazines collection decicated to Maiden i have. I have also plenty of interviews (from 1984 to 2003) taken from french metal magazine such as Hard Rock Magazine, Hard Force, Metal Hammer (french edition), Hard & Heavy; Rock Hard (including the very good special Maiden number which came out last year...) , etc.... I also found in my attic two great old reviews : Piece Of Mind album taken from Rock & Folk in 1983, and a review of the Maiden gig in Paris in 1980 when they were opening for Kiss in "L'hippodrome de Vincennes" !!
So, if some of you are interessed in having these magazines / articles, i can do something for you ! Like you certainly suppose, i don't gonna separate from this collection, but i can make a numeric copy of the magazines or articles you want.
BUT this stuff is very rare stuff, and morever, it would take me a lot of work to make the digital scans. So my deal is :
- One article : 2 cdrs in Maiden bootlegs (no blank cdrs)
- One magazine : 10 cdrs in Maiden bootlegs (no blank cdrs)
